The rules of participation for Future Leaders Award — voting, applying, and everything between.

Acceptance & eligibility
- Use the platform under your real identity — one account per person.
- Keep your information accurate and current.
- You must be old enough to consent in your jurisdiction (see our Privacy Policy for age limits).
Applications & nominations
- One category per applicant.
- The organizers may approve, reject, or veto any application or nomination at their discretion.
- By applying or accepting a nomination, you consent to the public display of your nominee profile as described in the Privacy Policy.
Voting
Voting rules
One person, one vote per candidate — verified by email.
One vote each
Each verified person may cast one vote per candidate. Email verification is required before votes count.
Play fair
Vote manipulation, fake accounts, or fraud lead to vote removal and may disqualify the candidate involved.
Final say
The organizers may veto results where integrity is in doubt. Veto decisions are final and audited.
Nominee & voter conduct
- Endorsement reasons, bios, and any other submitted text must not be abusive, defamatory, or unlawful.
- We may edit or remove content that breaks these rules, without notice where urgent.
Intellectual property
- You keep ownership of what you submit; you grant Future Leaders Award the right to display it on the platform and in event materials (profiles, endorsements, photos, winner announcements).
- The platform itself — design, branding, and materials — belongs to Future Leaders Award / Server4sale.
Scoring
AI-assisted scoring — the honest version
Applicants complete an AI-conducted interview. Those scores assist the process — they are not determinative. Final results blend verified public votes (weighted 70%) with an independent jury (30%), and the organizers may veto as described above. Learn how it works on the scoring transparency hub.
No automated decision is made about you without a human in the loop.
Liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Future Leaders Award and Server4sale are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, interrupted availability, or the actions of other users. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the platform, and the date above will change. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the courts of Pakistan.
