The basics

Who we are

The organizer

Future Leaders Award is run by Server4sale. We are the data controller for everything described here. Reach us any time at awards@server4sale.com.pk — for access, corrections, removal, or anything else about your data.

No trackers

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies, no analytics profiling, no third-party trackers. If LinkedIn sign-in is enabled, it is only used to verify your identity — nothing is posted on your behalf.

Collection

What we collect

Only what each activity actually needs.

Account

Name, email address, and a password or one-time login link. Optionally a WhatsApp number so we (or you) can reach you fast.

Applications

Company, designation, category answers, LinkedIn URL and social links, a photo, and — for award applications — your CNIC / national ID, used for identity verification and duplicate checks.

Voting & nominations

Your votes, and the reason/endorsement text you choose to add. If you nominate someone, your name and email are attached to that nomination.

Guests of Honor

Approved Guests of Honor also submit a bio and photo for their public profile.

Use

How we use it

  • Signing you in — one-time magic links by email (no passwords to leak).
  • Running the event — reviewing applications, verifying identity and CNIC, counting votes, jury scoring.
  • Public display — nominee profiles, vote counts, endorsements and rankings (details below).
  • Emails you or others request — nomination invites, vote invitations, reminders, result notices and event updates, delivered via our email provider (Mailjet).

Visibility

What the public can see

Read this part before you apply — an awards platform is public by design.

Nominee profiles

  • Photo, name, company/designation and bio.
  • Vote counts and live rankings (when the leaderboard is public).
  • Your LinkedIn and social links.

Endorsements & history

  • If you add a reason when voting, your name and title appear next to that quote on the nominee's page.
  • Past winners are listed in a public directory (name, organization, designation) drawn from our historical records.

Email

Emails we send

Login links, invitations you request (or that a nominator requests on your behalf), friendly reminders about deadlines, and result notices. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with anyone — email addresses are used to run Future Leaders Award, nothing else.

  • Delivery runs through Mailjet, our email provider, which processes addresses solely to send those messages.
  • We disclose data to law enforcement only when legally compelled.

Lifecycle

Retention

  • Account and event data are kept for the event lifecycle, then archived.
  • Audit records (including anonymized vote receipts) are retained for the integrity of the results — they keep the tamper-evident hash chain meaningful.
  • Historical winner records are retained indefinitely as a public record of the award.
  • Anonymized data is irreversible: once you anonymize, your identity cannot be restored.

Your rights

Access & correct

View and edit your details any time from your dashboard.

Anonymize / delete

Self-delete or anonymize your account from the dashboard. Votes you cast are kept detached from your identity, preserving result integrity.

Ask us

Endorsement quotes and profile items can be removed on request — email awards@server4sale.com.pk and we will act promptly.

Children

The platform is not directed at children. You must be at least 13 to use it (16 where local law requires consent at 16). If you believe a child has registered, contact us and we will remove the account.

Security & changes

All traffic runs over TLS; every sensitive action is recorded in a tamper-evident audit log, and administrative access is role-restricted. If we change this policy, we will update the date above and announce material changes on the platform.
